Is it free?

Yes. Generating your color report is free, and you don’t need an account to try it. Your season, your best colors and the colors to avoid are free. Color combinations, do’s & don’ts, your makeup guide, glow guide (hair, nails, jewelry and glasses), wardrobe guide and outfit ideas unlock together with one credit per report. Credits are a one-time purchase, with no subscription.

Is my photo stored or shared?

Your photo is stored privately so your report can show it, and is used only to create your report. It is never made public or used for advertising, and it is only ever shown to you through a link that expires. Create an account to keep your reports; you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

How accurate is the analysis?

It’s an AI analysis of your photo, so the photo matters: natural daylight, no filters and no heavy makeup give the most reliable result. Treat it as a starting point: an in-person draping session with a color analyst is more thorough.

What photo should I use?

A clear, front-facing portrait in natural light, with your hair visible and a plain background.

Can I analyze more than one photo?

Yes. Each photo gets its own report, and each report unlocks separately.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of payment. Email hi@nobsdigital.com or contact Paddle, our reseller, at paddle.net, and the payment is refunded through Paddle.
