Name: We collect your name to personalize your experience and communicate with you effectively.
Email: We collect your email address to send you important information regarding your orders, updates, and communication.
Uploaded photo: We collect and store uploaded photo to be able to do a image recognition and understand the color scheme so we can provide an AI assisted seasonal color analysis report.
Payment Information: We do not collect or store your card or other payment details. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which collects your payment and billing details itself under its own privacy notice (paddle.com/legal/privacy). Paddle shares with us what we need to fulfil your order, such as your email address and what you bought.
1.2 Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you first visit SeasonAI we ask which cookies you allow. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.
Necessary cookies keep you signed in, protect your account and remember your cookie choice. They are always on, because the Website cannot work without them.
Analytics cookies (Mixpanel) are used only if you accept them. They record how the Website is used, such as pages visited and buttons clicked, together with device and browser information, so we can improve SeasonAI.

We share personal data only with the service providers that run SeasonAI on our behalf: Supabase (accounts, database and photo storage), Microsoft Azure (website hosting and the AI analysis of your uploaded photo) and Resend (account emails). Paddle.com processes payments as our reseller and Merchant of Record (see section 1.1). With your consent only, we also share data with Mixpanel (analytics) and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement). We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
4. Children's Privacy
SeasonAI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address provided below.
