These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SeasonAI website at https://season-ai.com ("Website") and the services provided by SeasonAI. SeasonAI is provided by NOBS Digital B.V. 1. Description of SeasonAI
SeasonAI is a platform that offers seasonal color analysis generated by artificial interface using OpenAI APIs to assist individuals in learning their color palette to make better choices in their clothing shopping.
2. Ownership and Usage Rights
Creating a seasonal color analysis report is free. When you purchase credits from SeasonAI, you can use them to unlock the full version of your reports, one credit per report. You own the reports you create but do not have the right to resell them.
3. Payment and Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoices and receipts, and adds VAT where it applies. Paddle's checkout and emails show NOBS Digital B.V., the company that provides SeasonAI.
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us at hi@nobsdigital.com or Paddle at paddle.net within 14 days of payment, and it will be refunded through Paddle.
4. User Data and Privacy

5. Non-Personal Data Collection
